Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer and product information into the Service and Repair database.
  • Validate customer and technician documentation to understand service requirements.
  • Initiate outbound calls to customers to ensure best service for products submitted for repair.
  • Oversee the maintenance of retail merchandising functions for online and in-store channels.
  • Manually validate suspected fraudulent e-commerce orders.
  • Process advanced warranty exchange requests as well as parts and merchandise order requests- picking and stocking.
