Job Description:

• Process sales quotations from Materials Planners to generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices, ensuring adherence to process flow requirements.
• Coordinate with Materials Planners and customers to address incomplete information or documentation promptly.
• Conduct necessary inventory and payment record checks before order processing to maintain accuracy.
• Follow up with customers on payment matters, ensuring adherence to sales terms and timely collection.
• Address customer inquiries regarding sales order and delivery order status promptly and effectively.
• Represent the Company professionally in all customer interactions and external communications.
• Respond promptly to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support cataloguing and maintenance of the Samples library as needed.

Requirement:

• Basic accounting knowledge and previous experience with SAP system preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
