Description:

Jakarta Game Operations Internship
As a Customer Service (Arabic Speaker) team, you will handle an important role in helping our players in the Middle East region to answer their inquiries and communicate with the operational team to resolve our player’s issues to ensure the smooth experience of our users.

Job Description

  • Serve as front-line officers to troubleshoot technical and other issues for our players for MENA region
  • Tend to gamers’ inquiries promptly and accurately using the ticketing system
  • Able to comprehend players’ issues and explain properly without losing the context to our MENA operations team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any field (having experience in customer service or relevant roles would be highly preferred)
  • High fluency in Arabic is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa or English
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia
  • Having basic Customer Service tool knowledge like Zendesk will be a bonus point
  • Able to work on weekends on a shifting basis
  • Willing to work under 6 months contract
