Description:

We’re partnering with a leading BPO company to find a talented Croatian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their team in Romania! This exciting opportunity offers both remote and office-based options, allowing you to choose the work environment that best suits you.

Tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone and email).
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist users with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
  • Effectively troubleshoot customer challenges and offer solutions within established timeframes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior representative.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to resolve customer inquiries and close tickets.
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Document customer interactions, comments, and complaints according to company procedures.

Requirements

  • Professionally fluent in Croatian language (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical language
  • High school diploma or an equivalent
  • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic with a balance of independence and teamwork
  • Customer service experience (a plus)
