As the Customer Service Assistant you will be part of an international team, managing communication with Customers and cooperating with other departments locally and globally. Your role will be to ensure efficient processing of customer orders and deliver exceptional consumer experience. We do not require experience in Customer Service, but we expect a willingness to learn.

- Efficiently process customer orders
- Manage end-to-end order processing and deliveries
- Organize processes according to company requirements and improve internal solutions
- Address basic customer needs, ensuring sustainable customer service for all DSM customers
