Description:
Job Description
- Provide sales support to Internal and External parties
- Respond and process incoming enquiries and orders
- Prepare orders, invoices, delivery order, etc
- Interact and communicate with customers to establish relationship
- Perform administrative duties
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
- Customer Service to provide customer care to Chinese speaking customer groups. Knowledge of Mandarin dialect is essential
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic to learn and a team player
- Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage
- No prior experience are welcome to apply
