REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification of GCE ’O’ Levels or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:
