As a Part Time Customer Service Executive based in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries
  • Process orders through a variety of channels (Electronic, Telephone, EDI, WEB), whilst ensuring a high level of service is given.
  • You will efficiently contribute to company sales profit through the achievement of personal and team KPI’s and targets

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Can show a strong focus to meet customers’ needs while also being able to proactively provide creative solutions when necessary
  • Previous experience in a customer focussed role e.g retail or office

The role is Part Time working 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday 13:00pm - 17:00pm or 08:00am - 12:00pm
