Description:

You will be reporting to the Director of Nursing to provide patient engagement, conveyancing and providing information. You will also be required to engage with internal colleagues and public volunteers to deliver transformed experiences. Your work areas include Senior Care Centre (SCC), Wards and other public premises within Lions Home For The Elders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Working Hours from 10am to 4pm, 1 hour break time
  • Able to commit at least 1 permanent Sat / Sun (5 days’ work-week)
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Candidates with healthcare experience will be an advantage
  • Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations

Responsibilities:

  • Residents Relations - Proactive Engagement with residents to deliver a positive experience
  • Respond to residents’ inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly in a courteous manner
  • Assist in collating feedback and responses from residents and internal colleagues
  • Provide suggestions on improving residents and staff experience
  • Performing any other duties assigned from time to time
