Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT & IT SPECIALIST

Our client is a leading IT services provider and are seeking an experienced Temporary Onsite Phone Technicians to join their team for projects across Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Suburbs and Regional QLD.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in retail telecommunication stores is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Android devices and their operating systems.
  • Ability to handle various onsite technical challenges and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between different sites across Sydney Metro and potentially regional NSW
  • Reliable, confident and a self starter who is able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong friendly customer service personality

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in enrolling mobile devices into MDM solution (e.g. Intune / Knox)
  • Assist in updating and maintaining Android phones on various projects.
  • Backup data to the cloud, download required applications, and efficiently migrate data.
  • Utilize your knowledge of device handsets, with a focus on Android systems.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to ensure optimal handset functionality.
