CUSTOMER SERVICE

For our Vienna branch we are looking for a Customer Service Clerk, preferably with background in the transportation or Sea Logistic.
Job description and daily activities: under the supervisor of the transportation manager, managing in team the daily operation - order entry, communication and problem solving with the customers, sub-contractors, colleagues in charge for the own fleet, custom agents.
Working hours: from Monday till Friday from 8 am till 5 pm, availability at the phone after working hours.
Workplace: full time in Auta Marocchi office in Vienna.
Skills: problem solving, able to work under stress, empatic, organizational and comunicative skills, proactive, dinamic.

Request: Knowledge of German and Italian are essential.
Plus: Other European language, transport experience.
