YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in the Logistics industry or similar industry
  • Experience within a high volume environment
  • Extensive experience in a management capacity in Customer Care or a related capacity
  • The ability to build strong positive relationships with customers internally and externally
