Description:
As a Customer Service Administrator at CARTERS THAMES, you’ll be pivotal in maintaining the branch’s smooth operation, delivering exceptional service to customers, and promoting a culture of health and safety among team members. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Efficiently assist customers with product selection and manage sales documentation processing, while maintaining showroom standards and ensuring accurate transactions and refunds.
- Support administrative operations by maintaining documentation records, managing debtors, processing invoices, handling credits, and conducting account reconciliations. Additionally, facilitate banking, payroll, and oversee orders for uniforms/stationery.
- Manage branch banking, debtors, and accounts, and coordinate uniform/stationery orders for branch staff.
- Lead health and safety initiatives, identifying, analysing, and reporting safety hazards or near misses, and implementing effective solutions.
