General:
The sales representative is responsible for the timely, cost-optimized,
administrative processing of incoming orders for the territories and customers

Description of the tasks
 Preparation of quotations
 Recording of incoming orders, dispatch of order confirmations
 Monitoring deadlines to ensure that orders are delivered on time
 Requesting and preparing the necessary export documents
 Processing of letters of credit and documentary collections
 Organizing and monitoring transports, return deliveries
 Provision of transport documents and placement of forwarding orders
 Invoicing, support of the dunning process, creation of credit notes
 Document management and archiving, master data maintenance
 Telephone and written contact in English + French with customers, banks, freight forwarders, public authorities, etc,
banks, forwarding agents, public authorities and insurance companies
 Support of the sales force
 Cooperation and coordination with the laboratory and production departments
 Preparation of laboratory orders
 Commission and bonus processing
 Participation in trade fairs
 Translations
 Foreign trade, customs law
 Complaints processing
 Co-design of contracts
 Incoming invoice verification for freight forwarders
 Collaboration in quality management ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
 Preparation of long-term supplier declarations
