Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Attitude is everything in this role! Join a small, well established customer specialist team working with truly fantastic clients. You will manage the sales orders received via the web platform, email and phone and ensure a seamless process from placement through to delivery.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process orders from the website, the sales team and customers.
  • Engage with customers via phone and email, providing high-level customer service.
  • Proactively manage the sales email inbox.
  • Manage product or supply queries and liaise with supply chain to resolve any issues.
