Seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join a growing Memberships organisation, offering a fantastic array of benefits and hybrid working!
Our client, a Memberships organisation, offering an excellent range of benefits, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their busy team and support with providing a high level of customer service, administration and processing registrations.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Consultant will:

  • Provide Reception duties as required and assist with inquiries.
  • Respond to queries from customers within the Construction industry, via phone, e-mail and face to face.
  • Update membership details on the system and verify cards.
  • Review and process invoices.
  • Perform admin tasks as directed.
  • Review member’s entitlements and reactive/deactivate accounts as required.
  • Create and send relevant correspondence.
  • Accurately follow processes and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
