Customer Service Executive

at  CONCEPT MATH EDUCATION CENTRE PTE LTD

Looking for Customer Service Executive to provide Admin Support, either Contract or Full-Time.

You will be reporting to the School Principal/Vice-Principal. Your main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Admin duties include providing administrative support such as fees collection, enrollment and scheduling of classes, customer service such as answering phone calls and emails and attending to walk-in enquiries about the centre, etc
• Preparing / Vetting of materials
• Assisting and relieving other teachers in their duties when the need arises
• Any other duties to upkeep the premise for educational purposes
• For candidates who have the relevant experience and are interested in teaching , training would also be provided to conduct Lower Primary School Mathematics Classes
