Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Executive performs and is responsible for full spectrum of order management legally and according to company policies. He/she will provide professional and prompt updates to working partners leading to high customer satisfaction which in return increase the sales of the Company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process Order Management using SAP in SD and MM Modules
- Work closely with team members from Product Management, Planning, Sales, Finance and Logistics to resolve issues and ensure accurate & timely delivery of orders/samples
- Coordinate and work closely with service providers (Freight forwarding and warehouse) for proper shipping arrangement
- Monitor Purchase/Sales orders and update status to ordering parties
- Proactive communication with Sales/SCM members when change of demand is noticed
- Reduce operation costs by managing shipment frequency, stock allocation based on full pallet / FIFO rules, stock reservation, etc…
- Responsible in arranging shipments and documentations for letter of credit accurately
- Coordinate and prepare full set of shipping documentation
- Create and maintain master data and price list in SAP
- Attend to customer inquiries/complaints and coordinate satisfactory reply
- File documentations promptly and assist in auditing
- Conducts physical stock count at warehouse
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management
- At least with 3 years working experience in logistics and order management environment
- Experience in handling LC documentation and submission a must
- Knowledge of SAP in SD and MM modules a must
- Positive attitude, Customer focus mind-set and a good team-player
- Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English & Chinese and excellent communication & writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC skills
