Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to provide our customers with attentive and prompt service, and for fostering good working relationships with our sales and logistics teams.
  • An ability to organise and work cleanly so that customers get invoiced accurately and on time; Important records are kept updated and not lost.
  • Experience with SAP Business One will be an advantage.
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week (half day 8:30 - 12:30pm on Saturdays).

Responsibilities:

  • Serve walk-in customers by taking orders or helping with product recommendations
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to fulfil delivery orders.
  • Process sales orders to invoices accurately and meticulously.
  • Provide administrative support to the MD and directors.
  • Respond to telephone queries in a friendly and professional manner.
