Job Description of Customer Service Executive:

  • Manage inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and provide updates on order status.
  • Facilitate returns and ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate concerns promptly and communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to address customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in relevant field
  • At least 5 years of order processing experience in manufacturing/ engineering industry
