Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
- Delivering customer service support for incoming enquiries
- Handling customer complaints with a patient and genuine empathetic approach, aiming for a positive resolution
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information on products and services using the right methods/tools
- Fostering strong customer relations to enhance brand loyalty
- Maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales activities
- Working 40 paid hrs per week - permanent contract
- Shift pattern working : 8-5, 9-6, 10-7 and weekends on a rota basis (1 in 3), with days off in the week when you work a weekend
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Previous experience in a telephone or in person customer service role
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- A genuine passion for delivering customer service
- A flair for delivering a great customer experience
