Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in handling customer orders and coordinating with production and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor the CS team towards achieving business goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Generate delivery orders and invoices for clients.
  • Follow up diligently to ensure adherence to credit terms by clients.
  • Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Product Development)
  • Analyse customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Sales Director /Senior BD Executive on follow-up actions.
