Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in handling customer orders and coordinating with production and delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead and mentor the CS team towards achieving business goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate delivery orders and invoices for clients.
- Follow up diligently to ensure adherence to credit terms by clients.
- Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Product Development)
- Analyse customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Sales Director /Senior BD Executive on follow-up actions.
