Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Handling of call-in enquiries
Coordination of order fulfillment
Support to all sales related matters.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist sales department in processing customer enquiries and meeting their needs.
  • Manage all enquires, provide timely response and follow ups
  • Build sustainable and lasting relationships with customers through tele-communication, social media or web based platform
  • Provide accurate and valid information to customers.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey at given timeline, keep records of customer interactions
  • Create and update customer purchasing patterns
  • Process and coordinate customer orders fulfilment
  • Generate customer order related documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers by up selling company products

JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES)

  • Customer service orientated and proven customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters.
  • Patience in listening to customer request and persistence in follow up
  • Proficient in Microsoft words and Excel
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
