Customer Service Executives (Mechanical Engineering/ Equipment manufacturer)

Job Description:

• Take the initiative to understand the engineering nature of the company’s business, which will facilitate a quicker grasp of job roles and responsibilities.
• Handle phone inquiries, including utilizing knowledge of suppliers and vendors, conducting internet research, and sourcing new vendors for procurement purposes. Responsible for issuing Purchase Orders.
• Familiarity with the customer base and understanding customers’ requirements and jobs.
• Prepare internal work orders, update and maintain the master work schedule, handle delivery orders, and issue invoices to clients.
• Coordinate between production and sales departments.
• Proficiency in using MYOB accounting software.
