Description:
Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the team! In this role, you’ll enter purchase orders and answer customer service questions. The position is located in our headquarters in Orange, CA and the shift is from 7:30am to 4:00pm. REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensures the accuracy of the information provided on purchase orders.
- Enters purchase orders in Intuitive ERP system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verifies data and creates, picklists, bill of lading, and proof of delivery.
- Makes changes to existing orders.
- Answers customer service calls and emails.
- Works closely with sales and warehouse departments to verify shipping product availability, shipping needs and to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Process credits for return products, working closely with QC department to resolve issues.
- Creates and issues invoices for processed shipments.
- Mails invoices and other outgoing mail.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
