Breakaway Executive Search is looking for an experienced individual to lead our client’s team as a Customer Service Manager
Salary: $90,000/year
Location: Mississauga, ON

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a management role (Minimum 3 years)
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role (Minimum 5 years)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google, Microsoft GP or similar ERP, social media)
• Knowledge of customer service software/CRM tools
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Oversee/coach/discipline customer service support staff including monitoring team accuracy, conducting meetings/performance reviews, training staff on software and ensuring maintenance of customer service standards
