The main field of activity of the company is wholesale trade of auto parts and accessories for various brands of automobile and cargo vehicles, and also different equipment, worldwide. Besides that, our company is a trustful logistic & warehouse partner specialized in spare parts and similar product categories in the automobile industry.
We are looking for the Customer Service Manager (B2C, E-Commerce) to join our team
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in German (German is a must, English will be a huge plus)
- Understanding how marketplaces are working
- Data analysis and pricing strategies
- Based marketing skills
- Data and analytics skills
- Basic project management skills
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
- Communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping
- Manage new e-commerce platforms and ensure smooth operations
- Work with ERP service providers to ensure the best service and viable solutions
- Maintain effective communication with marketplace representatives and suppliers to resolve any issues related to listings, technicalities, or policies
- Help to implement competitive pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and profit margins
- Participation in forecasting demand and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations
