Description:

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in a Parking Management setting.
  • Degree or Certification in Business Administration or relevant field of study.
  • A combination of experience and relevant education may be considered.
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license, clear driving abstract with no more than two minor infractions and access to a vehicle that can be used for work purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen, demonstrating out of the box and solution orientated, strategic thinking.
  • Proficient Technology skills: MS 365, enterprise software, databases, and web-based applications.
  • Able to problem solve effectively and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day operations, develop and maintain excellent relationships with the clients and on-site contacts in the portfolio with responsive communications.?
  • Monitor and evaluate all client sites to ensure appropriate recommendations are made to clients so that their parking management needs are met. Ensure clients and tenants of the client are aware of and satisfied with the services provided and offered by the company.
  • Business Development activities such as creating relationships with local property managers and commercial landlords and joining relevant associations and boards with the intention of meeting key decision-makers and introducing the local business community to Concord Parking.
  • Oversee the maintenance of fleet vehicles, pay stations, hand-held units, printers, and other tech, including troubleshooting mechanical issues.?
  • Develop and promote Concord’s business where possible in a professional and positive manner while maintaining a growth mindset with the goal of strengthening Concord’s presence in the local market.?
  • Manage and oversee regional staff including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, disciplinary and performance management, and evaluations in accordance with company policies with the support of the People and Culture Department.
  • Ensures all staff within their portfolio has adequate training based on industry, corporate and client standards. Ensure all sites have up to date and complete patrol procedures and other operational procedures and instructions.
  • Ensure the work sites are safe, free of health and safety issues, and in compliance with all Paladin Occupational Health and Safety and government regulations.?

Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year
