Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Possess a team-oriented, positive attitude.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager is required.
  • Previous experience in a high-performance fast-paced sales manager role with an extremely competitive nature and a strong sense of urgency.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods and perform repetitive actions.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components and equipment.

Pay Range: USD $55,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr

Responsibilities:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the customer service department.
  • Build an extremely strong team environment with everyone expected to be a significant contributor to growing overall business.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Set customer service department goals and assist team members in achieving those goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
  • Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Keep ahead of the industry’s developments, trends, and techniques and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
  • Making weekly and monthly reports
  • Provides weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
