JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Customer Service Manager will be based in our London headquarters and will be pivotal in structuring and developing our customer service operations. This role involves supporting and assisting in developing regional business for the company’s partners, with a strong focus on identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow the business locally and across Latin America and Southeast Asia.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Five years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the financial market is highly desired.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    Work Location: Based in London, initially remote, transitioning to a hybrid model.
    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    Work Location: In this first phase, the complete home office will soon be changed to a hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and structure the customer service department, ensuring top-tier support for our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in developing regional business opportunities for our partners, focusing on Latin America and Southeast Asia.
  • To manage and coordinate customer service agents spread across the globe to ensure 24/7 operations.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities locally and regionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
