Mmm Donuts • Café & Bakery in Barrie is looking for one FOH Supervisor in Customer Service to join our 39 person strong team who loves donuts!
We are located on 240 Bayview Drive where our magic happens and We have our Georgian Mall Location at 509 Bayfield. We are looking for a responsible, efficient, organized and very friendly Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate would also be attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
This position would be spilt between the two locations. Our supervisor’s overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
*Greet customers and make them feel at home. *Answer any questions the customers may have. *Assist Customers in preparing their orders. *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment. *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner and bring to Managers’ attention. *Delegating daily tasks to staff.
Qualifications
*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Reliable transportation is a strong requirement. *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers
