It’s because of this that we’re looking for an engaging Customer Service Specialist to join the Nufarm Customer Operations team based in Laverton North. In this role, you’ll enable our commercial effort by seamlessly facilitating aspects of order administration to deliver a best in class customer experience aligned to Nufarm’s Go To Market Strategy and Customer Value Proposition. What will you be doing?
Take ownership for the customer order life-cycle (order entry, stock transfers, changes, pricing, terms, freight, cancellations, confirmations,) including Agency & Consignment ensuring allocated tasks are seen through to completion
Respond to and resolve customer and stakeholder queries including but not limited to: order status, stock availability, delivery time frames via telephone, email, chatter workflows.
Take ownership for the investigation and processing of stock returns and credits in a timely manner within delegation of authority.
Effectively and professionally resolve customer complaints and escalate appropriately when required.
Order Management (OM) tasks based on customer segmentation
Ensure that the customer database is maintained and up to date in core ERP / CRM systems.
What do you bring?
You’re a proactive and commercially savvy Customer Service professional who brings demonstrated experience operating in operational environments looking to take the next step in your career with a market leading agrochemical organisation. You’re comfortable using ERP systems (JD Edwards/CRM- Salesforce) and the suite of Microsoft Office programs to leverage customer data.
You’re an engaging and confident communicator and you have strong written and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with a diverse group of people each day and providing the best possible customer experience. You’re naturally curious and enjoy being exposed to a variety of tasks and the opportunity to learn new things. You’re comfortable working autonomously, but also enjoy being a part of a wider, collaborative team.
