Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Supply Chain Team based in Hungary, Budapest. This is a challenging role in which you will be involved in customer support, purchasing, logistics and other administrative activities.

Responsibilities in different fields:

Purchasing

  • Raw material purchasing from sister companies and other suppliers
  • Finding suppliers for production accessories (packaging, etc.) and price negotiations
  • Finding suppliers and purchasing services for plant functioning and maintenance
  • Purchasing and restocking PPE-s and document the handover for the workers
  • Supporting finance by following up on invoices of purchased items/services
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Monitoring raw material stocks - purchase if needed
  • Quality control
  • Placing claims for raw materials if needed
  • Purchasing - services and materials for 2 offices

Logistics / Customer service

  • Organizing transport inbound and outbound
  • Updating and confirming orders from sister companies
  • Export permissions and custom clearance. With support of an external company
  • Documentation of export deliveries

Administration support

  • Office management - order stationary, tea/ coffee and other office needed supply
  • Coordination of medical checkups with doctor
  • Collection of various invoices from employees to be reported to Finance
  • Post - posting/ receiving correspondence
  • Guest accommodation - booking flights, hotels, transfers, taking care of catering
  • Looking for various service and good providers for office / employee needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma specialization in Commerce/Logistics
  • Customer focus and service orientation, planning & organizing skills
  • Team and change management
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Knowledge of SAP is not a must, but advantage
