We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at BMB Prestige, Blackburn.
Permanent position. Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Mandarin speaking Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
