Description:
To be able to take charge and guide junior front desk receptionist to handle customer enquires and appointments thru emails, phone calls and customer facing in a hair salon.
Able to work individually to handle complaints and feedback from customer.
Willing to learn hair technical knowledge so as to be able to communicate to customers.
Need to communicate with Caucasian customers, thus proficiency in English is a must.
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in related field
