Description:
Customer Service Officer:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Customer engagement
- Setting up appointments for the customers
- Identifying customers’ needs, answering call and providing solutions/alternatives to issues
- Promote products and services when possible
- Building sustainable customer relationships;
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent service-oriented & telephone etiquette
- Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre
- Provide excellent service to the customer (in the outlet)
- Well-versed in computer (Word & Excel)
- Hard-working, good team-work & pro-active
- Strong interpersonal & able to multi-task
