Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in an administration-based customer service role, offering sales support and supporting product enquiries
  • Proven track record in call management and customer-focused interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sales order management experience
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team focussed with a friendly and calm and friendly demeanour
  • Experience with Salesforce – highly regarded
  • Prior exposure to the electrical industry or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage order entry and handle 40-60 calls daily, addressing pricing and product inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other systems to manage and update customer data accurately.
  • Handle email inquiries promptly and effectively, averaging up to 60 emails per day.
  • Learn about clients’ products offering additional advice and suggest additional products if required by customers
