YOUR NEW COMPANY

This growing manufacturing business is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This role does have the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This role is based in the office full time and requires someone either 4 or 5 days per week. The working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm. You must be able to start immediately. This company is located in Milperra.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Actioning emails
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Providing quotes
  • Backorder reports weekly
  • Equipment planning with the Assembly officer.
  • Processing warranty orders and credits
  • Invoicing
  • Freight quotations
  • Resolving issues and customer complaints
