Your new company 

Your new company is a not-for-profit organisation based in Dublin's city centre. They are experiencing a very busy period and are looking for you to join their customer service team on a temporary basis. 

Your new role 

As customer service officer, you will handle enquiries via phone, email, web-chat, web submissions and in person. You will arrange meetings and visits and keep an accurate log of all work. You will liaise daily with both internal and external stakeholders and provide excellent customer service at all times. 

What you'll need to succeed 

In order to succeed in your new role, you must have experience in a similar customer service position. You must be open to working on a full-time, temporary basis. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and work well using your own initiative in a fast-paced environment. You will be an organised, problem solver, with customer service at the forefront.
