Customer Service Officer (Healthcare/ Office hours)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Ensures that telephone courtesy and timeliness in answering telephone calls
• Ensures patient’s confidentiality
• Ensures accuracy, completeness and timliness in handover of information
• Perform efficient and accurate patient registration
• Ensure billing and cashiering processes are accurately performed
• Handles office equipment correctly and efficiently
• Ensures compliance of radiology safety policy
• Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met
• Other assignments as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of “N"level or equivalent
• Customer Service experience preferred
