Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Ensures that telephone courtesy and timeliness in answering telephone calls
- Ensures patient’s confidentiality
- Ensures accuracy, completeness and timliness in handover of information
- Perform efficient and accurate patient registration
- Ensure billing and cashiering processes are accurately performed
- Handles office equipment correctly and efficiently
- Ensures compliance of radiology safety policy
- Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met
- Other assignments as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of “N"level or equivalent
- Customer Service experience preferred
