Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Secondary school with relevant working experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills combined with self-assurance and confidence.
  • Possess Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage
  • Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage as the individual will need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general customer support by managing customer service hotline during office hours
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Answer customer questions.
  • Documenting customer interactions.
  • Escalate customer issues to Sales Account Manager (Post-Sales) if is existing customers.
  • Receive customer service inquiries and direct to new sales opportunity to Sales Account Manager (Pre-Sales).
  • Checking products or service availability.
  • Keep and update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents and follow up to ensure all resolutions are completed.
  • Ad-hoc tasks allocated by Director, Sales.
