Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Secondary school with relevant working experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills combined with self-assurance and confidence.
- Possess Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage
- Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage as the individual will need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
Responsibilities:
- Provide general customer support by managing customer service hotline during office hours
- Handling customer complaints.
- Answer customer questions.
- Documenting customer interactions.
- Escalate customer issues to Sales Account Manager (Post-Sales) if is existing customers.
- Receive customer service inquiries and direct to new sales opportunity to Sales Account Manager (Pre-Sales).
- Checking products or service availability.
- Keep and update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents and follow up to ensure all resolutions are completed.
- Ad-hoc tasks allocated by Director, Sales.
