    Lendlease have an exciting opportunity based at our Joondalup Shopping Centre in Joondalup. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Centre Management Team. You will be working on a Part-Time basis with approx. 20 hours per week. Your shifts will include alternate weekends and alternate Thursday nights. Additional shifts during the week will be provided.
    The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers & retailers.

Shifts will include alternate weekends as part of a 2 week rotating roster, the set days are:

  • Week A - 16hrs - Monday 12:30-5:00pm, Saturday 10:00-5:00pm, Sunday 10:45-3:45pm.
  • Week B - 13hrs Monday 12:30-5:00pm, Tuesday 12:30-5:00pm, Wednesday 8:45-12:45pm

You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong customer service skills. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of ad-hoc administration, sales and marketing activities, as well as being the first point of contact for the majority of our Customers at the Centre Management desk.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have broad knowledge of customer service principles and a positive, ambitious nature. Specific knowledge within retail management, marketing or administration is not essential, but is desirable. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
