Description:

We are looking to expand our team of part-timers to provide exceptional admin and remote support to customers regarding the company’s medical devices/products via phone, email, chat during assigned shift hours.

Job Requirements :

  • Possess a functional laptop with reliable high-speed internet connection for the shift duration
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, comfortable with remote communication
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in multitasking
  • Basic technical aptitude to understand medical device usage
  • Ability to stay calm and patient when dealing with difficult situations
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote support role
  • Proficiency with computer systems, digital communication/remote tools
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervisio

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests during your assigned shift.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with products remotely.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the Jira system.
  • Adhere to standard processes while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training materials.
