Join a fantastic client of MJD and be part of a dynamic team that blends professionalism with fun! We’re seeking a dedicated individual with a strong customer service ethic to fill the Receptionist & Customer Service Officer role at their Warana office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming and assisting clients and guests with a professional demeanor.
  • Understanding customers needs, being able to upsell and direct them through the studio, enhancing their overall experience and adding value to their interactions.
  • Handling incoming calls efficiently, redirecting calls as needed, or taking detailed messages.
  • Keeping the reception and design studio tidy and organised.
  • Managing office supplies to ensure availability.
  • Supporting general administration tasks as required.
