Description:
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, handle customers’ orders
- Liaise directly with customers for the order processing
- Responsible for coordinating all Sales related details, before and after Sales
- Attend to Sales enquiries, Quotations, Sales Statistic report and ad-hoc duties
- Maintain good filing system
- Maintain and maximize growth potential of existing customers
- Provide support to the Sales Team
- Liaise with other Department Heads to facilitate the ordering, delivery and payment collection process
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Experience in Warehouse Distribution will be added advantage
- Willing to work at Kranji area
- Team work
- 5.5 Days Work Week (Alternate Saturday Off)
