Responsibilities:

ARC, a reputable steel fabrication company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team at the Lynbrook branch where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This position would be a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer/sales experience.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (can be flexible)

Your responsibilities:

  • Customer enquiries and sales, over the phone and at the front counter
  • Trouble shooting customer sales queries and questions
  • Upselling and providing quotes to customers
  • Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, purchasing and inventory control
  • Despatch and production planning with guidance
