Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses at least a Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in the Contact Centre industry.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate effectively with customers, agents, and other stakeholders, and be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Possess strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and drive the team towards success.
