As an experienced Customer Service Officer, you will bring:

  • Experience in customer service roles, including face-to-face and call centre experience
  • Proven ability to handle financial transactions and resolve customer inquiries
  • Experience working with Customer Experience KPIs and driving digital experiences
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
