  Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer at UniOracle Alliance, you will:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
• Schedule appointments for our financial consultant
• Maintain and update client information in the database
• Follow up on leads and track progress

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or higher
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to start immediately
