Responsibilities:

As our customer service officer, you will be the welcoming face of Warrigal Goulburn. In this fast paced role where no 2 days are the same, you will provide all round administration support the managers and also outstanding customer service to anyone who walks through the doors. You will engage with residents, their families and your team, contributing to the high quality care that we provide and building positive relationships essentially creating what we believe is a crucial component in supporting a ‘Great Life’ for an older person.
