YMCA Warwick Indoor Recreation and Aquatic Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service to all members and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued during each visit.
- Completing all necessary administrative tasks as required by the management team. This includes membership processing, data entry and handling enquiries, concerns and compliments.
- Assisting in promoting and facilitating our fitness programs and classes, helping members find the right activities to meet their fitness goals.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our facility, including equipment, classes and services offered, in order to assist patrons effectively and actively promote the business.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and policies, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.
- Promote and facilitate the sale of merchandise, food and beverages as required.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash counting, till balancing, daily cash reconciliations and banking as needed.
